Sindhu Immigration Services is a regulated immigration practice committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and client-focused immigration advice. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Immigration Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and provide expert advice and casework support across a broad range of UK immigration matters. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about client care, regulatory compliance, and achieving positive outcomes.
Duties
- Manage a full caseload of UK immigration matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
- Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, and advise on appropriate immigration routes
- Prepare and submit high-quality applications and supporting documentation
- Prepare appeal applications and bundles, and support instructed counsel where required
- Liaise with the Home Office, HMCTS, barristers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and compliant case files in accordance with IAA regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, Home Office guidance, and the IAA Code of Standards
- Keep up to date with changes in UK immigration law and policy
- Deliver high standards of client care throughout each case
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- IAA/OISC Level 3 Immigration Caseworker accreditation or Solicitor regulated by the SRA
- Proven experience handling UK immigration casework, including private matters and appeals
- Strong client-facing experience, including consultations and onboarding
- Experience working within one or more of the following: Immigration law firms, IAA-regulated organisations, Charities or not-for-profit advisory services
