Sinclair James is recruiting for an experienced SAP ERP Programme Manager to join a leading Midlands-based manufacturing group undergoing a transformative SAP S/4HANA implementation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the programme, working closely with stakeholders at all levels, including board members, to ensure successful deployment across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing departments.

You will manage relationships with vendors and system integrators, lead project managers and functional consultants, and coordinate the programme to meet milestones on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementations within manufacturing environments, and a proven ability to manage large-scale ERP projects valued at over £10 million.

  • Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA programmes, particularly within manufacturing sectors
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite executives
  • Background in managing large-scale ERP transformations (£10m+ budgets)
  • Experience with UK-based, multi-site manufacturing operations is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership capability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent programme governance and risk management skills

Hybrid working model (Midlands HQ plus UK travel). Contract length: 12 months, outside IR35.
