Sinclair James is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Programme Manager to join a leading global electronics and industrial systems manufacturer undergoing a significant digital transformation. This role focuses on delivering a comprehensive Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP project, integrating Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing functions across multiple sites in the UK and Europe.
The successful candidate will oversee the programme from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless deployment and alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for managing external partners, developing governance frameworks, and acting as the primary escalation point for risks and issues, all within a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
An in‑depth understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP, combined with experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes, is essential to successfully lead this transformation.
