We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist to join a prominent manufacturing company in the UK, driving their ongoing digital transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, and development of key modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Warehousing.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to understand business requirements and deliver tailored system enhancements. Your expertise will be vital in optimising business processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless system integration. The position also involves supporting post-implementation stabilisation, promoting system best practices, and ensuring compliance and data accuracy across the ERP environment.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX), particularly within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Implementation experience covering modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting, Project Management and Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Management Reporter.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, production, inventory, and warehousing.
- Hands‑on experience with systems support, configuration, reporting, and end‑user training.
- Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team during system transformation projects.
- Microsoft Dynamics certification in Finance is preferred.
- Financial qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part‑qualified are advantageous but not essential.
