Sinclair is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Global Commercial Finance and Chief People Officer. This role is ideal for a sharp, senior-level professional who can act as a trusted partner, executive coordinator, and operational enabler in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with two of the busiest functions in the organization, anticipating needs, removing obstacles, and ensuring priorities are managed effectively. The pace is fast, the standards are high, and the opportunity to make a real impact is significant.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Executive Support & Partnership
- Support the Global Commercial Finance and Chief People Officer across meetings, travel, and priorities, ensuring smooth execution and follow-through.
- Act as a trusted point of coordination by attending meetings, capturing key takeaways, and ensuring action items are followed up effectively.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, talking points, and pre-reads for executive and leadership engagements.
- Support communication between leadership and departments.
- Conduct research, analysis, and business planning activities.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Act as a trusted partner and problem-solver for executive leadership.
- Calendar, Inbox & Travel Management
- Manage and prioritize complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones.
- Triage inboxes, draft responses, and escalate priorities with sound judgment.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end, including logistics for important meetings and leadership events.
- Meeting & Agenda Coordination
- Organize and coordinate meeting agendas for executive team sessions, leadership offsites, and cross-functional reviews.
- Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion.
- Operational Support
- Liaise across Finance, HR, and the broader leadership team to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Monitor organizational goals, KPIs, and operational priorities.
- Improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Support, or Business Operations roles supporting C-level or SVP-level leaders.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment—ideally in finance, aesthetics, or a similarly demanding sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and confidence engaging in strategic and commercial discussions.
- High level of discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting executive-level correspondence.
- High EQ, low ego, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with executive tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, productivity suites, travel management systems).
