Job Overview
The Sales Representative emphasis on customer acquisition, territory coverage, product sales and day-to-day commercial execution. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and commercial execution across an assigned geographical territory.
The role focuses on territory growth, customer acquisition, product promotion, account coverage and customer engagement, ensuring that sales targets and commercial objectives are achieved.
You will manage a broad portfolio of clinics, physicians, aesthetic practitioners and other healthcare professionals. The role is primarily focused on identifying new business opportunities, increasing product utilisation, developing customer relationships and ensuring strong day-to-day execution of commercial activities.
This role combines new business development and existing customer growth, with a strong focus on sales activity, product adoption and territory performance.
The Sales Representative is primarily accountable for territory performance and sales execution. The role manages a broad customer base and is expected to maximise sales opportunities across the territory.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Sales & Business Development
- Deliver agreed sales targets, KPIs and commercial objectives within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximise sales opportunities and market penetration.
- Identify, prospect and acquire new customers within the territory.
- Develop qualified leads through proactive prospecting, referrals, events and other business development activities.
- Increase product utilisation and revenue across existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and categories within the customer base.
- Maintain an effective sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor territory performance and take appropriate action to address gaps against targets.
Customer Management
- Manage a broad portfolio of clinics, practices, physicians and qualified healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain appropriate levels of customer coverage.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Provide responsive day-to-day commercial support to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information, activity records and opportunities within the CRM.
Product Promotion & Education
- Promote the company's aesthetics portfolio and communicate product benefits effectively.
- Develop strong product and competitor knowledge.
- Support and/or deliver product presentations, workshops and educational activities as required.
- Support customer training initiatives in line with company requirements and appropriate qualifications.
- Attend relevant exhibitions, congresses, meetings and company events.
- Follow up commercial opportunities generated through exhibitions and other events.
Commercial Execution
- Implement agreed marketing, promotional and commercial initiatives within the territory.
- Support product launches and local customer activation activities.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Medical, Training and other internal functions to support customer engagement.
- Ensure all customer-facing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the company and its brands within the aesthetics community.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous B2B field sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing a customer territory or geographical area.
- Commercially focused with strong business development capability.
- Good understanding of sales processes, pipeline management and CRM.
- Experience within medical aesthetics, injectables, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or healthcare.
- Existing network within clinics, aesthetic practices or healthcare professionals.
- Experience delivering product presentations or customer training.
- Knowledge of the aesthetics market and competitive landscape.
