At Sinclair, we are looking for an ambitious and people-focused Associate HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team in London, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional ready to take the next step into business partnering and gain hands‑on exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a dynamic, international organization.
Working closely with and reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager EMEA, you will partner with managers and employees across our London teams, supporting people initiatives, employee relations, performance management, organisational change, and talent development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
- Support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and organisational needs
- Assist with employee relations matters and performance management processes
- Contribute to talent development, succession planning, and learning initiatives
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion programs
- Help drive organisational change initiatives and people projects
- Analyse HR data and support reporting to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure a consistent employee experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of HR experience, ideally in HRBP roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about people, employee experience, and building trusted relationships
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
