As part of the Global Marketing team, the Global Clinical Trainer will bring their expertise in the implementation and tactics of educational programs (internal/external) for healthcare professionals and patients, as well as supporting the education process for the sales and marketing teams. In line with the marketing strategy, the Global Clinical Trainer will support the development, coordination, promotion, and follow-up of the programs to assist the marketing team and sales teams in achieving the company's objectives.

Manage and provide technical and clinical training of Sinclair EBD devices to internal staff, distributors, and end customers at international and national levels to ensure the correct knowledge of the products.

This role is open to applicants for hybrid in-house roles in Spain or London, or to remote freelance candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a training process as a clinical trainer.
  • Draft and review necessary documentation for clinical training.
  • Conduct internal and external training.
  • Provide customer training regarding the protocols of treatments and equipment.
  • Support end customer inquiries (doctors, distributors, large accounts, and customers in general).
  • Derive clinical or technical incidents reported by clients to the clinical incidents area or to the Services department, as appropriate.
  • Report the training to the Global training director.
  • Assist customers in promoting Sinclair products at their practice.
  • Support the creation and execution of the global clinical training plan.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the R+D department projects.
  • Support programmes for healthcare professionals for different product ranges.
  • Help develop new clinical applications or therapeutic options.
  • Support and promote the development of a network of experts (KOLS).
  • Support our programmes by including clinical sales, patients’ route, and scientific guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication of training programmes between regions.
  • Support healthcare professionals’ certification needs through innovative solutions or methods.
  • Plan and coordinate online training programmes.
  • Support the commercial teams’ certification.
  • Assist with educational activities related to conferences and scientific events.
  • Support Advisory boards and focus groups to feed strategic marketing thinking.
  • Follow up and record the provided trainings.

Essential Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Training, or Marketing.
  • At least five years’ experience in the “medical education” field.
  • Knowledge of the aesthetic industry/cosmetic industry.
  • Good organisation and coordination skills, management of priorities.
  • Customer-oriented, sense of service, good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong spoken/written English.
  • Ability to travel freely.

Preferred Experience:

  • Preferably Nurse or other clinical certification.
  • Coaching qualification would be a plus.
  • Experience in programme management/training in an international environment.
  • Second and/or third language.
