The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

The Brand Manager supports the EBD team in increasing market share of existing products as well as in the development of direct marketing strategies (off and online), creating marketing materials and marketing kits, with support from the Head of Marketing. It is also responsible for spending time in the market to understand the problems of market participants, document them, assess them, and communicate their results to the rest of the sales and marketing teams.

Main abilities include excellent communication skills and great people skills. With colleagues and contact partners from the EBD team, define product requirements based on market facts and real-world scenarios. Work out a plan and carry out a successful Go-to-Market strategy together with other marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support global EBD team in the creation of strategic decision proposals based on all market facts, results of analyses (competitor, SWOT, target segments etc.), evaluations (KPIs), and product launch activities with marketing activities.
  • Support global EBD team in the creation of marketing tools and materials (benefit arguments and sales arguments for the target segments).
  • Support the global EBD sales team with customer presentations and customer requirements.
  • Development and implementation of strong pre-launch and launch programmes/campaigns.
  • Arrange different customer events together with the global EBD sales team.
  • Support global EBD team in brand building via content creation for specific consumer life stages.
  • Collaborate with other brand managers in maintaining plan integration and ensuring the overall achievement of product objectives.
  • Monitor competition, promotional activities, and market trends.
  • Close cooperation with the digital department on coordination of content and activities online.
  • Liaise with PR agency to ensure regular press coverage, clinic support, KOL development, and video content.
  • Update monthly report with recent marketing/training activity.
  • Engage in regular contact with KOLs/trainers/product ambassadors.
