Sinclair is currently recruiting for a Commercial Director at any of our Central European Countries offices. The Commercial Director EBD will take part in Sinclair's journey in transforming its Energy-Based Devices (EBD) business across Central Europe. This role is responsible for driving commercial growth through a hybrid model of distributor management and direct commercial operations where required. The role will own the regional commercial strategy, accelerate revenue growth, develop key customer and distributor relationships, and build a scalable commercial platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years' commercial leadership experience within medical devices, medical aesthetics or capital equipment.
  • Strong experience managing distributors across multiple European markets.
  • Experience leading both distributor and direct sales business models.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial and commercially driven.
  • Strong negotiation, business planning and financial acumen.
  • Able to operate effectively within a lean, transformation environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Location: Flexible within the assigned region

Coverage: Germany, Poland, United Kingdom and other Central European markets as assigned.

Reports to: C-Suite (Interim)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own commercial performance, revenue, profitability and market development across the region.
  • Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with Sinclair's business objectives.
  • Lead, develop and challenge distributor partners through business planning, KPIs and performance reviews.
  • Identify, appoint and onboard new distributors where appropriate.
  • Lead direct commercial activities in markets where Sinclair operates directly.
  • Develop relationships with key customers, clinics and KOLs.
  • Support new product launches, pricing strategies and market expansion initiatives.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management and business planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Education, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance.
  • Recommend the optimal route-to-market for each country, whether distributor, direct or hybrid.
