Sinclair Watt Architects is seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architect to join our growing practice in Methil, Fife.

We are looking for a proactive team member who is passionate about design, enjoys taking initiative, and is keen to contribute to a diverse range of projects from concept through to completion.
About the Role
As a Part 2 Architect, you will work closely with our architects and project teams, assisting in the design, development, and delivery of a variety of architectural projects.
You will have the opportunity to expand your technical and design skills while gaining valuable project experience in a collaborative practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs and technical drawings.
- Support project delivery from initial concept through to construction stages.
- Prepare planning, building warrant, and construction documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Participate in site visits and project meetings.
- Contribute creative ideas and technical solutions throughout the design process.
Candidate Requirements
- RIBA/ARB Part 2 qualification (or equivalent).
- Highly motivated, creative, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong design and presentation skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD is essential.
- Experience with Revit is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes would be advantageous.
