Are you organised, a good communicator and have the ability to provide good customer service? Our Swansea Vehicle Bodyshop, part of the Sinclair Group, are currently recruiting a Bodyshop Customer Advisor.
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours, 8 hours a day 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch break.
Position Pays: £27,500 basic salary, £33,500 OTE.
The Opportunity: As a Bodyshop Customer Advisor you will be highly organised, accurate, have excellent organisation skills and able to manage the demands of multiple duties. Your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional and prompt manner whilst portraying a positive first impression of the Bodyshop Department. You will be the first point of contact for customer bookings into the bodyshop, providing regular updates in relation to the progress of the work completed as well as making contact on notification of repairs, arranging estimates, ordering parts and managing the courtesy cars and diary. Customer care is key to our operations and demonstrating great awareness in this area is essential.
More About You: This is a busy but rewarding role, requiring a committed and reliable work ethic, alongside a desire to enjoy the role and working within a great team. You will need the ability to prioritise your workload along with a strong attention to detail which are essential in this role. Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
