The predicted salary is between 33750 - 41250 £ per year.

A large part of the Vehicle Warranty Administrator position involves completing warranty claims, using correct details supplied on the job card within manufacturer timescales. This includes:
- Administering all agreed warranty claims and documentation
- Ensuring profitability of all warranty submissions is maximised by ensuring all correct coding and repair times claimed are correct, and raise any discrepancies with the Service Manager
- Liaising with the Workshop Manager over any discrepancies with technicians' write-ups, parts omitted or claim details missing
- Managing all referred and rejected claims daily, ensuring all are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensuring all non-warranty repairs are passed to the Service Advisor for process and recharge
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience of working in the motor industry would be advantageous
- Experience within a warranty or service administration role
- A sharp eye for detail and a conscientious commitment to precision
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
