- You'll be the key link between our customers and the workshop - making sure communication is clear, accurate and always centred around trust and transparency:
- Greet customers, understand their needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage service bookings, workshop diaries and coordinate work with technicians
- Keep customers updated throughout the service and repair process
- Identify additional work and explain recommendations clearly and professionally
- Prepare job cards, process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with customers, technicians and parts teams to keep the workshop running smoothly
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage trust and loyalty
- Previous Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar customer-facing experience - motor industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident, professional and genuinely customer-first
- Able to work calmly and effectively in a busy dealership environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Full UK driving licence
