Location: BYD Swansea, SA7 9FH
Salary: £20,000 Basic Salary with Uncapped OTE plus Car Allowance
Hours: 5 days per week. Showroom opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm. Late nights and weekends on a rota basis.

As a Sales Executive, you'll help customers discover a new generation of electric and hybrid vehicles while building a rewarding career with Sinclair Group, one of Wales' most respected and successful motor retailers.
The Role
You'll be the face of the BYD brand, guiding customers through every stage of their vehicle purchasing journey and delivering a first-class experience from enquiry to handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries both in person and online
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle solution
- Delivering engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
- Following up sales opportunities and converting leads into sales
- Promoting finance, insurance and additional products
- Building lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Achieving individual and team sales objectives
- Developing expert knowledge of the innovative BYD vehicle range
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the journey
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused, friendly and approachable
- Driven, enthusiastic and motivated to succeed
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic
- Organised and comfortable using IT systems
- Eager to learn and develop their product knowledge
- Passionate about the automotive industry and emerging technologies
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
Previous automotive sales experience would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in ambitious individuals with a proven track record in customer-facing sales roles.
