What You'll Be Doing
As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of our customer's journey, helping them find the perfect vehicle and delivering a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiries for both new and used vehicles
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicle solutions
- Achieving sales targets and maximising finance, insurance and accessory opportunities
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Maintaining expert knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and services
- Delivering memorable vehicle handovers
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with company and industry standards
