This is an exciting opportunity to work for a family-run company that values its employees. Based at our Volkswagen business on Dan Y Bryn Road, Port Talbot, you will play a key role in managing the flow of all new and used vehicle stock across the site while maintaining the highest standards of presentation.

Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch break, 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Site Controller is central to managing vehicle stock flow across the dealership, from arrival through preparation to final online and forecourt presentation.
  • Manage the flow of new and used vehicles through all departments, ensuring efficient turnaround times and effective stock control.
  • Ensure forecourt and showroom display areas adhere to Volkswagen and Group brand standards, maintaining the very highest display standards for used vehicles at all times.
  • Coordinate the photography of used vehicles and ensure online vehicle displays are accurate, appealing and stand out to customers.
  • Assist in monitoring advert performance and support the re-pricing of vehicles where appropriate.
  • Support the daily updating of stock control and preparation records to identify process improvements and maintain accurate vehicle status information.
  • Oversee stock movements, site organisation and parking management across the dealership.
  • Assist with driving duties and vehicle logistics when required.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet Sinclair Group quality standards before display or handover.

  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Excel and general stock management systems.
  • A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
