As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Executive, you\’ll be the face of the brand – delivering a seamless, personalised experience that reflects the craftsmanship and innovation behind every vehicle. Your duties will include:
Responsibilities
- Delivering a premium, personalised sales experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them through the full sales journey.
- Presenting vehicles confidently, conducting test drives, and showcasing product features and technology.
- Managing enquiries efficiently through digital, telephone and showroom channels.
- Achieving sales targets across new and approved-used vehicles, finance, insurance and value-added products.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Have a proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Demonstrate strong influencing skills, with the confidence to convert enquiries into sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Are polished, articulate and naturally engaging.
- Show professionalism and a commitment to adhere to processes and procedures.
