The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

As a Paint Technician you will be expected to carry out body repair and paint work. You will pay particular attention to quality and speed of completion in a way that reflects franchised dealership standards. You will ensure that every vehicle is 100% prepared in every way to the high standards. You will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed time frames, and that a high level of productivity is maintained. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be required to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Occasionally you may be required to work overtime.

The successful individual must ensure the highest quality standards are maintained, specializing in car body repairs and crash repairs. In order to be successful, you must be experienced in all aspects of paint preparation and water-based paint technique. You should be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail with regards to high quality paint preparation and the application of approved paint products according to manufacturer's specifications. You will have an understanding of and adherence to Health & Safety legislation including COSHH requirements. You must have at least two years' experience as a Vehicle Painter, within a Bodyshop environment, and must also hold a Full UK Driving licence. Working in a busy workshop, you will have great communication skills by developing and maintaining working relationships with colleagues, the client base and the manufacturers.
