Your duties will include:

  • Building strong customer relationships and guiding them through the entire sales process
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicles and finance options
  • Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Following up leads to maximise every opportunity
  • Managing accurate sales administration including finance, part-exchange, and handover documentation
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve personal and team targets

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or automotive
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple customers
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Automotive experience is an advantage, but we welcome strong sales talent from other industries.
