Our Service Advisors play a vital part in delivering and sustaining an exceptional experience for every service and repair customer. You'll be the link between our workshop and our customers, ensuring communication is clear, accurate and always centred around trust and transparency.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Customer service β greet customers, understand their needs, and keep them updated throughout the service process.
- Service bookings β manage workshop diary, schedule work, and coordinate with technicians.
- Upselling opportunities β identify additional work and explain benefits clearly and professionally.
- Administration β prepare job cards, process invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication β liaise with customers, technicians, and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy dealership environment.
- Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks.
- A positive, customer-first attitude.
- Automotive experience preferred; strong customer-service backgrounds will also be considered.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Motor industry experience desirable, but not essential β mindset and approach matter most.
Position Details
Full time: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am β 5:30pm; Saturday rota β 1 every 3 weeks, 8:30am β 12:30pm as overtime).

- Position pays: Β£28,288.00 basic plus a monthly bonus.
- OTE and bonus scheme discussed further at interview.
