Begin Your Automotive Career with Jaguar Land Rover
Sinclair Group is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Technician to join our Jaguar Land Rover team in Newport.
This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience with some of the world's most desirable vehicles, including Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar. You'll work towards a nationally recognised qualification while completing the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Apprenticeship Programme.
The Role
Working alongside experienced technicians, you will learn how to:
- Service, maintain and repair vehicles
- Carry out vehicle inspections and health checks
- Assist with fault diagnosis and repairs
- Work with modern vehicle technology and electrical systems
- Maintain accurate workshop records
- Follow manufacturer and health & safety standards
You’ll receive a combination of practical workplace experience and specialist Jaguar Land Rover manufacturer training.

Entry Requirements
To meet the requirements of the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Apprenticeship Programme, candidates must:
- Be aged 16 or over
- Hold, or be predicted to achieve, at least four GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Two additional subjects
Equivalent qualifications may also be considered.
