About the role: Sinclair Group is seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our exceptional team of Showroom Hosts. This role offers the flexibility to balance work and personal life with casual, flexible working hours. As a Casual Showroom Host, you will be called upon on an ad‑hoc basis to cover holidays and sickness absences, sometimes at short notice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and professional welcome to every customer
- Manage customer visits and direct them to the appropriate department efficiently
- Offer refreshments and ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors
- Work a variety of casual, flexible work patterns, including weekends, to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Proactively manage the experience of showroom visitors to ensure each customer and guest receives uniquely personal and bespoke service.
- Be a proactive communicator with our management and dealership teams.
- Innovate in your approach to creating exceptional customer experiences and use your initiative to delight customers.
- Collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs.
- Possess excellent organizational and preparation skills, coupled with a genuine passion for detail.
