The Role
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish. Working closely with our workshop team, you'll keep customers informed throughout their vehicle's journey and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of both Volkswagen and Sinclair Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing service and repair bookings.
- Welcoming customers and understanding their requirements.
- Liaising with technicians and updating customers on repair progress.
- Explaining work completed and any additional recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the journey.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a customer-facing role.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is organised, professional and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Has strong administrative and IT skills.
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
