The Sinclair Group are looking for an organised and customer-focused Fleet Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at Van Centre Cardiff. This is a key support role within our Fleet operation, helping to ensure fleet vehicle orders are processed smoothly from order placement through to delivery.

What will you be doing?
- Coordinating fleet vehicle orders from initial order through to final delivery
- Working closely with the wider fleet department to support day-to-day operations
- Providing a high level of customer service to customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Supporting administration, pricing and order management activities
- Ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and kept up to date
- Communicating clearly with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process
