The Sinclair Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our established Customer Support Unit in Bridgend. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing team of 25 advisors, supporting one of our key automotive brands.

Location: Bridgend

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Hybrid Working: 50% home / 50% office (after probation)

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday between 8:00-18:00

Salary: Competitive

Free onsite parking when working from the office.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Customer Support Unit Manager and working as part of a team of 25 advisors, you will be required to fully engage with your assigned brand and develop strong product knowledge and strong working relationships with our dealership teams particularly within Aftersales.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound Service, MOT and repair bookings with accuracy and care.
  • Making outbound calls to schedule appointments and confirm existing bookings.
  • Working closely with service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Providing clear, accurate information on service options, pricing and availability.
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
