Our Vehicle Sales Administrators support the day‑to‑day running of the sales department by providing high quality administrative support to our Sales Executives in our busy centres. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace whilst providing a first‑class service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer vehicle orders and all associated administration.
  • Tax vehicles, support Managers to collate finance paperwork and order new vehicles for customers and stock.
  • Organise the delivery of new and used vehicles to customers.
  • Manage a heavy workload and prioritise work schedules.
  • Liaise between customers and in‑house departments to ensure vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience of Vehicle Sales Administration would be advantageous, as long as you can demonstrate experience in a busy administrative role, training can be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding administrative abilities.
  • High attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, engaging with other members of the dealership to encourage a smooth and efficient service for customers.
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
