Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff, part of the Sinclair Group, is looking for a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. Whether you’re already experienced within the motor industry or you’re someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and drive to learn, we’d love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be joining a business that genuinely invests in your development.
Position Details
- Position: Service Advisor
- Location: Van Centre Cardiff CF10 4BB
- Full time: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Saturday Rota: 1 every 3 weeks 8.30am to 12.30pm as overtime
- Position pays: £27,300 basic plus a monthly bonus
- Bonus Schemes: OTE and bonus scheme which can be discussed further at interview
The Role
- Creating and managing customer workshop bookings
- Preparing for customer visits to ensure a smooth and professional experience
- Communicating technical advice clearly, helping customers make informed decisions
- Using digital tools confidently in a modern, paperless environment
- Delivering on customer-first and modern-luxury principles
- Maintaining exceptional accuracy in costing, job cards, invoicing and customer communication records
- Working closely with technicians and the wider team to keep everything running efficiently

- A strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- The ability to multitask and adapt within a busy environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
