SEAT & Cupra Swansea, part of the Sinclair Group, are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our New & Used car Sales team at our Swansea dealership.
Hours of Work – Shift Rota to cover the showroom opening times
Position pays: £20,000 Basic with Uncapped earnings, plus Company Car
Location: Swansea SA4 9GW
The Opportunity
As a Vehicle Sales Executive you will be given support and full training from our experienced managers and through our manufacturer partner's academy, in order for you to begin a successful career as an automotive Sales Executive. You will get the opportunity to intensively learn how to succeed, and to also become an expert in sales processes and customer engagement.
Your duties will include:
- To successfully complete the SEAT & Cupra Sales Executive training programme details of which will be given at interview
- Engaging with customers over the phone, working with existing and new customers to put quotations and sales orders together
- Liaising with the service department and workshop regarding customer vehicles
- Engaging with the Sales team mentors in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Learning sales techniques and customer requirements
- Developing a sound understanding of the sales cycle and technical knowledge
More about you
The ideal applicant will have some previous sales background and demonstrate a confident manner when speaking with customers. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and build working relationships quickly. You will demonstrate a willingness to solve customer's problems and the capability to multi-task in a busy environment. Full training will be given.
