Sales Executive - Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff
- Respond to new and existing customer enquiries.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey.
- Achieve sales targets through vehicle sales and associated products.
- Generate new business through prospecting and marketing activities.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Manage vehicle handovers and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Represent both Sinclair Group and the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand professionally at all times.
- Sinclair Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff team. You'll be responsible for selling new and used Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Previous sales experience in a customer-facing environment is essential. Motor trade experience is not required as full manufacturer and in-house training will be provided.
- Proven experience in a customer-focused sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional and confident approach.
- Comfortable using social media, video and digital communication tools.
- Full Uk Driving Licence

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am to 4:00pm
- No Sunday working, 30 Days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) plus your birthday day off
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £20,000 basic salary plus commission, company vehicle and benefits. Realistic OTE £42,500 with uncapped earning potential.
