Responsibilities
- To provide an efficient and courteous customer service by practising excellent customer care skills, carrying out specified duties in a pleasant and helpful manner.
- To correctly and accurately complete and reconcile the shift sheet at the end of each shift through meter readings of certain equipment.
- To carry out all necessary cleaning duties.
- To complete all required training modules to an acceptable level.
- To undertake any other duties deemed relevant to the role and as directed by the fuel station manager.
- Ability to work unsupervised and carry out instructions.
- Ability to handle cash and credit/debit cards accurately.
- Good communication and numeracy skills.
