Responsibilities
- Building strong customer relationships and guiding them through the entire sales process
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicles and finance options
- Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm
- Following up leads to maximise every opportunity
- Managing accurate sales administration including finance, part-exchange, and handover documentation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve personal and team targets
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or automotive
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
- Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple customers
- A full UK driving licence
- Previous sales background and confidence in speaking with customers
- Automotive experience is an advantage, but strong sales talent from other industries is welcomed
