We are looking for a hands-on Sales Development Manager to lead and develop our growing team of SDRs across EMEA. You will drive pipeline growth by ensuring high-quality prospecting, qualification, and collaboration between Sales and Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who has worked as an SDR and progressed into an AE role within a large SaaS or technology company, now ready to take the next step into leadership.
You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our outbound and expansion strategies, coaching SDRs to be world-class in both execution and mindset. You will understand how SDRs and AEs work best together, ensuring alignment, accountability, and results.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently meet and exceed SQL and pipeline generation targets.
- Drive outbound excellence, establishing clear standards for prospecting, messaging, and multichannel engagement.
- Build the expansion motion, identifying and executing strategies to uncover new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Foster collaboration between SDRs, Account Executives, and Account Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and high conversion rates.
- Lead by example, jumping on calls, reviewing sequences, and demonstrating what great outreach looks like.
- Analyse team performance through CRM and engagement tools, turning data into actionable coaching.
- Work closely with Marketing to optimise lead flow, campaigns, and messaging.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, building a high-performing, motivated team culture aligned to Sinch's values.
- Proven experience as an SDR and AE within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- A track record of pipeline generation, ideally leading or mentoring SDRs or juniors before.
- Deep understanding of outbound prospecting, account-based strategies, and expansion within existing customers.
- Skilled in sales engagement and CRM tools.
- Strong coaching mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
