As Enterprise New Sales Executive UKI and Nordics, you are a "hunter in the wild", owning the full new‑business motion across large, complex enterprise accounts. You will leverage marketing‑generated leads and your own prospecting engine to identify, pursue, and close high‑value opportunities, helping enterprise customers unlock the full value of Sinch's communications platform.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Drive new enterprise customer acquisition by delivering compelling, value‑based sales presentations that clearly articulate Sinch's unique proposition and business impact.
- Proactively prospect and build pipeline across the UK, Ireland and Nordics enterprise market, identifying new logos and strategic growth opportunities.
- Own the commercial deal cycle end‑to‑end, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal execution.
- Design customer‑centric solutions by deeply understanding customer needs and aligning them with Sinch's portfolio.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams to advance opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline, ensuring strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Report on sales activities and forecasts, contributing to realistic assessments of revenue and expansion potential.
- Stay close to market trends and competitive dynamics to continuously refine your sales strategy.
- Individual quota based on Gross Profit (GP).
- Focus on enterprise coverage and GP target achievement.
- Additional KPIs include pipeline quality, time‑to‑close, opportunity win rate, and new logos acquired.
- University degree (business, technical, or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise B2B sales within SaaS, CPaaS, telecom, software, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of winning net‑new enterprise customers and engaging successfully with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of solution‑based selling and value‑driven sales methodologies.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
- Fluency in business English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in an international environment.
- Experience selling CPaaS, messaging, voice, or API‑driven solutions.
- Background working alongside solution engineers or in a technically adjacent role.
