  • New opportunities: Identify and evaluate new monetization opportunities, use cases and capabilities that can extend or complement the existing A2P SMS business. Evolve the portfolio by being the voice of the customers to adapt Sinch’s offering to meet requirements.
  • Profitability: Responsible for the product's profit and loss (P&L).
  • Commercial models: Define and evolve competitive commercial models suitable for both established A2P SMS business and emerging communication and Network API opportunities.

  • Partnership strategy: Identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships required to strengthen Sinch's Messaging & Network Monetization business.
  • MNO relationships: Build strong relationships with existing and prospective MNO customers and partners to understand their monetization priorities, challenges and strategic direction.
  • Continuous improvements: Constantly analyze performance data to find ways to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Be the subject matter expert on the competition, market trends, and what customers need and use the intelligence to directly shape the product's strategic direction and roadmap.

The role is ideally based in Sweden, UK, Spain or Croatia. It is part of SINCH Telco and reports to the VP, Strategy, Marketing & Product Management.
