About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to support our Enterprise sales motion across EMEA. This role focuses on creating outbound pipeline by supporting our account‑based marketing (ABM) motions, qualifying inbound demand, and identifying net‑new and expansion opportunities within our largest Enterprise customers. You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to execute against account plans, uncover new buying groups and use cases, and generate new opportunities within complex Enterprise organisations. The role is aligned to a specific EMEA sub‑region and reports into the regional Sales Development organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Create outbound pipeline by executing against agreed ABM strategies within a defined Enterprise target account list.
- Qualify and progress inbound leads from Enterprise‑sized accounts, ensuring timely, high‑quality engagement.
- Identify net‑new and expansion opportunities within existing Enterprise customers by engaging new stakeholders and business units.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to execute account plans, align on priorities, and drive opportunity creation.
- Engage multiple personas across Marketing, Product, IT, and Operations within complex Enterprise organisations.
- Qualify opportunities using agreed qualification frameworks and progress them to accepted pipeline.
- Use intent signals, account insights, and sales intelligence to prioritise outreach and personalise engagement.
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and opportunity data in CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, AEs, and regional teams to support campaigns, events, and ABM initiatives.
The role is based in Sinch Prague office and is a hybrid role. It reports to the EMEA Sales Development lead.
About you
- Experience working as an SDR supporting Enterprise accounts in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to generate net‑new pipeline through outbound activity aligned to ABM strategies.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex, multi‑threaded buying groups.
- Strong track record of partnering with Account Executives on account planning and execution.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing a defined set of Enterprise accounts.
- Confident using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Cognism, 6sense or similar.
- Clear, confident communicator across different markets and cultures.
- Fluency in at least one Southern European language (Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese) is required, with Spanish strongly preferred; proficiency in multiple of these languages is a distinct advantage.
At Sinch, we value learning, embrace change, and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth. Unfortunately, we are not supporting relocation at this time. Applicants must:
