The role is an interesting mix of DevOps engineering work on projects within the Tech Ops team and providing technical support for our Sinara-built applications; maintaining our mission-critical applications, delivering application management support and providing technical support for Sinara software applications to a variety of customers. You will be responsible for analysing, prioritising and resolving customer support incidents which may be application, data or system related.

Training: All graduate roles begin with 2-3 weeks of full-time training then we get you straight into working on our live projects. The hands-on approach to learning the role makes it a steep learning curve but an effective one. You will get responsibility and exposure to many parts of the software development process or technical operations from early on.
