Applicants should ensure they are comfortable with this. /p p Full training will be provided at the start. /p p The role is remote although you must be based in the UK. /p p br /p p strong About the Role: /strong /p p The role entails active monitoring, maintenance, management and incident support of Sinara software applications for our clients. /p p Additionally, the role involves analysing, prioritising, and resolving customer support incidents, which may be for cloud-hosted or on-premise client applications. These incidents could relate to applications, data, or systems. /p p Another facet of the role will be involvement in some of the department’s large-scope projects, for example building internal environments with Kubernetes or implementing AWS security configurations as well as other tasks such as deployments. /p p A key purpose of the role is to provide technical support 24 hours a day, as such the position involves working beyond standard business hours, on a shift pattern rotating between evenings, overnight and early morning shifts. As such the position involves working beyond standard business hours. /p p The role joins of a team of fellow multi-shift engineers who together seamlessly cover the 24 hours split across 3 shifts spanning evenings, overnight and mornings with a flexible fourth shift during daytime.
