Are you a Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Assembler, Bench Fitter or mechanically biased Assembly Engineer looking for a permanent role building bespoke machinery from the ground up? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering business in Holbeck, Leeds, working on the mechanical build and assembly of new bespoke production and process machinery.
The main focus of the role will be new machinery builds, including mechanical fitting, sub-assembly work, component installation, alignment, adjustment and final build work. You’ll also support the dismantling, refurbishment and rebuild of used machinery, giving you a good variety of hands-on mechanical fitting work.
You’ll be joining a down-to-earth, industrious machine build workshop where the focus is on proper mechanical fitting, quality workmanship and getting machinery built, rebuilt and ready for customer sites. The company has a full order book for the next two years, continued growth, and plenty of paid overtime available at enhanced overtime rates for candidates who want to increase their earnings.
