Based in Stockport, we are a specialist in the design and build of inspection and simulation machines. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a high impact, evolving role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants the autonomy to shape and develop the project management function to meet the needs of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resources
- Proactively manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies
- Track and report on project performance, budgets, and outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Create and maintain clear project documentation and reporting
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes and ways of working
About You
- 5-10 years experience delivering complex projects successfully
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in an environment where processes can be shaped and improved
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is desirable
- Must be eligible to work in the UK as visa sponsorship cannot be provided.
