Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide technical support, diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and support service interventions and projects.
- System Management: Work towards supporting and overseeing system performance, conduct regular audits and performance assessments, and ensure optimal system reliability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities, system configurations, and equipment maintenance.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, provide clear feedback, explain product functionality, and manage technical issues to maximize customer benefit.
