Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, cash, and training. Celebrate success along the way.
- Inspiring your team to feel valued and get involved in making the store the best it can be.
- Manage the store KPI report, Costa Check and Listen and Learn, then identify trends and opportunities to grow the business.
- Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
- Owning the health and safety within the store.
