A bit about the role
As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you’ll have experience of leading a team.
You’ll get involved with day-to-day operations, stock ordering, merchandising, health & safety, and most importantly engaging the stores team to exceed our customers expectations.
What’s involved?
- Taking the lead on shifts to support the team.
- Deploying team members, making the most of people’s talents to ensure that they’re in the right place at the right time.
- Training and developing new Baristas and existing team members.
- Supporting with the roll out of new campaigns and products, ensuring that the team can hit the ground running.
- Driving high standards every shift, whether that’s through the quality of our handmade drinks, or a store walk through to see how you can make our customers visit even better.
- A bit about you
- Reliability to open and close the store safely and on time.
- Team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to take on responsibility, and progress in your career.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise tasks and duties.
