Responsibilities

  • Taking the lead on shifts to support the team.
  • Deploying team members, making the most of people’s talents to ensure that they’re in the right place at the right time.
  • Training and developing new baristas and existing team members.
  • Supporting the rollout of new campaigns and products, ensuring that the team can hit the ground running.
  • Driving high standards every shift, whether that’s through the quality of our handmade drinks or a store walk‑through to see how you can make our customers visit even better.
