Team Leader (Barista Maestro)

A bit about the role

As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you’ll have experience of leading a team.

You’ll get involved with day-to-day operations, stock ordering, merchandising, health & safety, and most importantly engaging the stores team to exceed our customers expectations.

  • Taking the lead on shifts to support the team.
  • Deploying team members, making the most of people’s talents to ensure that they’re in the right place at the right time.
  • Training and developing new Baristas and existing team members.
  • Supporting with the roll out of new campaigns and products, ensuring that the team can hit the ground running.
  • Driving high standards every shift, whether that’s through the quality of our handmade drinks, or a store walk through to see how you can make our customers visit even better.
