Sim Trava is seeking a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) at Handforth Costa Coffee to lead shifts, deploy staff to optimal roles and train team members.

You will drive the quality of handmade drinks and ensure excellent customer service across busy periods.

You’ll support health & safety, stock ordering and merchandising while rolling out campaigns.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a motivated coffee enthusiast eager to develop within Sim Trava.
