We are The Park: The Park will be an all-day dining restaurant with 190 covers of which a good number will be alfresco and private dining room space, serving the new American tradition of European influences in a cuisine that is simple, light, ingredient-driven and not constrained by specific national identity. Reimagined as if next to Central Park in the present day, The Park will attract a mixed demographic of all ages - in the tradition of the great Grand Cafés of Europe - and be what people want to make of it, as formal or casual as desired, always fast-paced and always glowing with an overriding sense of glamour and elegance.
