Craigswalls Grain Store, Scottish Borders

Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday; Weekend working based on demand and done on a rota.

Laboratory Technicians:

  • Carrying out testing and analysis on incoming grain samples.
  • Preparing and handling grain samples in accordance with site procedures.
  • Recording and reporting laboratory results accurately.
  • Assisting with intake administration and weighbridge operations during busy periods.
  • Monitoring grain quality against intake specifications.
  • Supporting food safety, traceability, and quality standards throughout harvest operations.
