Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday; Weekend working based on demand and done on a rota.
Laboratory Technicians:
- Carrying out testing and analysis on incoming grain samples.
- Preparing and handling grain samples in accordance with site procedures.
- Recording and reporting laboratory results accurately.
- Assisting with intake administration and weighbridge operations during busy periods.
- Monitoring grain quality against intake specifications.
- Supporting food safety, traceability, and quality standards throughout harvest operations.
Key requirements:
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording results.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak intake periods.
