Simpsons Malt Limited, based at the Tivetshall St Margaret Maltings, is seeking a Production Operator for the Roast House. This hands-on role supports the team to deliver high-quality roasted malt products safely and efficiently on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (12-hour days and nights).
You will follow the production plan, maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and participate in health and safety training while developing strong working relationships with Supervisors and the Production
